At the property, reach the reception in the lobby area, check in, and use the smart lock PIN to enter your apartment. Elite Escapes will send a PIN for the smart lock 7 days before arrival. The PIN is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number. Let's get you settled in comfortably! Make sure to tap the Smart lock keypad to activate the dials, and enter your code afterwards, you will hear the lock opening and a beep sound, as a sign of a successful input.

Welcome to your apartment, our amenities are ready to be used. For the water heater, turn on the dedicated switch near the bathroom. The switch is labeled and will be turned red once ON, kindly wait 10 to 15 minutes after turning it on, to enjoy a warm and steamy bath.
